Friends and Family,

God has worked in amazing ways this year with the Kats for Christ campus ministry at Sam Houston State University! As I reflect on this last year, my mind thinks about returning and new students together, fresh perspectives, God’s renewal, energizing sacrifices, amazing service, and wonderful leadership. We truly have reason to celebrate again!

Each year our End-of-the-Year Banquet is like a two-hour God highlight reel for the Kats for Christ ministry. We invite all our KFC students, their parents, alumni, friends, and other church leaders to come together for a great meal and a time of sharing, worship, and celebration. We also get to send off our graduating seniors with a blessing!

Will you join us as our special guest on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 6:00pm at the KFC building? We’d love to have you!

Here are a few other logistical details. Parking is very limited, so we are asking that you park in the parking garage directly behind the KFC building ($1/hr). Concerning cost, while we will certainly accept any donation to directly support our ministry, we ask that you bring at least $5 for each person to help cover the cost for our meal. In the end, I anticipate this evening being remarkable, especially for those who rarely hear what is going on in the KFC campus ministry. Please make plans to join us.
